The Easter holiday package had some great offers, and the rooms looked new and updated. the location was convenient because it was within walking distance of historical sites and local markets. It was also a bonus that the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.
the lift was out of service, which forced us to haul our luggage up the stairs.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in Amritsar. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the bustling city centre and close to all major tourist attractions. We really enjoyed the excellent room service and the friendly staff who were always available to assist us with our needs. their restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like an elevator or functioning television sets. The towels in the bathrooms were not replaced often and looked unclean.
